Create your workspace
Sign up at withorbit.ai. You’ll pick a workspace name and start a free trial. No credit card needed to try it.
Save Orbit’s number
When you finish sign-up, we show you your workspace’s dedicated Orbit number. Save it as a contact (“Orbit”) so it’s easy to text.
Every workspace gets its own number. Texts to it only ever reach your workspace, never anyone else’s.
Verify it’s you
Text the number, or scan the QR code from the dashboard, to link your phone. This one-time handshake is how Orbit knows the person texting is really you, so it can safely act on your calendar and email. Full walkthrough: Verify your number.
Connect a tool
Say the word and Orbit sends you a secure link to connect Gmail and Google Calendar. This is what turns Orbit from a chatbot into a teammate.
