Meeting prep

What it is: about 30 minutes before a meeting Orbit booked for you, it texts a compact prep card: who you’re meeting, what you know about them, and anything from recent email likely to come up. You can also ask for one anytime.

Try it

Automatic, before the meeting:

OOrbitiMessage

Your 2:00 with Jordan Feliz starts in 30 min.
• Jordan runs ops at Bright & Co — you last emailed Tuesday about the contract renewal.
• Open item: they asked for updated pricing; you haven’t replied yet.

On demand:

OOrbitiMessage
prep me for my 2pm

2:00 PM with Jordan Feliz (30 min). Jordan is the ops lead at Bright & Co. Latest thread: contract renewal, waiting on your pricing update. Nothing else open with them.

What goes into a prep card

  • Time and attendees, from the calendar event.
  • Who they are: what Orbit knows from your contacts directory and saved facts.
  • The latest relevant email thread with each attendee.
  • Open items from recent email that might come up in the room.

Prep cards only contain what Orbit actually finds. If there’s no history with an attendee, you get a clean reminder with the time and names — never invented context.

What it needs

  • Google Calendar connected (the meeting itself).
  • Gmail connected for thread context — optional but what makes prep useful.
  • A verified number, so the card can reach your phone.
