Email drafting
What it is: ask Orbit to reply to any email and it writes the draft for you, in your voice, straight into your Gmail drafts folder. You review, tweak if you want, and hit send. Nothing goes out without your approval.

How it works
- Draft first, always. “Reply to this” or “answer that email” produces a draft in your drafts folder, never a sent email.
- Sending needs your word. Orbit only sends when you explicitly say so (“send it”), and it tells you the recipient and the gist before it goes.
- Your voice. Drafts match the tone and length of your own messages on the thread: tight, human, no assistant-speak.
- No invented details. If a reply needs a price, date, or decision only you can make, Orbit asks you or leaves a clear [placeholder] and points it out.
Automated runs (your daily brief, an email trigger firing) can never send mail. That’s enforced in the platform itself, not just a policy: with no human in the loop, Orbit can only create drafts.
It learns your voice
- From day one: when you connect Gmail, Orbit quietly studies your recent sent mail — your typical length, greetings, sign-offs, level of formality — and drafts in that voice from the first ask.
- From your corrections: say “shorter” or “never sign off with Best regards” once, and it sticks. Every future draft already respects it.
- Your style profile is private to you, and you can see or delete any of it in Assistant settings.
