How Orbit handles the tricky parts
- Never double-books. If the time you want is taken, Orbit won’t book over it. It offers three open alternatives in your timezone and lets you pick.
- Knows your timezone. Tell it once where you are (“I’m in Chicago”) and every time it quotes is local to you. It asks if it doesn’t know yet.
- Asks when it’s unsure. If “Tuesday” is ambiguous or a name matches two contacts, Orbit asks one quick question instead of guessing wrong.
- Confirms before it commits. You always know what got booked.

- Google Calendar connected.
- A verified number.
