After a meeting

Drafted. It’s in your Gmail drafts on Jordan’s thread: short recap and the updated pricing as a next step. Review and send when ready.
- The offer arrives about 15 minutes after the meeting ends.
- Solo blocks stay silent. A focus block or a hold on your calendar never generates a “how did it go?” ping — only real meetings with other people do.
- The follow-up is a draft you approve, like all email drafting.
Chasing a reply
Will do. Friday 9am I’ll check the thread — if there’s still no reply, I’ll draft a polite nudge and let you know it’s ready.
Orbit checks the thread before acting: if the reply already came in, it stays quiet. No awkward “just following up” emails to someone who answered yesterday.
Automated follow-ups can never send mail on their own — they draft, you approve. That’s enforced by the platform, not just a policy.
What it needs
- Google Calendar connected (post-meeting follow-ups).
- Gmail connected (drafts and reply-checking).
- A verified number.
